Carolyn is a proud hometown girl with deep roots in the community and an extensive knowledge of the local market. She is passionate about giving back, actively working with many animal rescues, and enjoys traveling with her family and a game night with friends. She brings genuine care to every client she serves.

Maria is a Jacksonville native who loves helping people start their next chapter of life, whether they're buying or selling a home. She's always on the hunt for the best local coffee shop and if they're serving delicious pastries, even better! A lover and supporter of the arts, you can find her attending shows at a local theatre or catching a touring production with her family & friends.

Equal parts espresso-fueled and sunshine-chasing, Chloe’s your go-to realtor for good vibes and even better results. With a residential mortgage background, she brings insider knowledge and a sharp eye to every deal—making the process feel seamless (and maybe even a little fun). Whether she’s hosting a dinner party or helping clients find “the one,” she’s all about creating a personalized, full-service experience from start to finish.

Sara is the team’s Transaction Coordinator, she manages deadlines and keeps all parties informed to ensure a successful closing. When she’s not working, she loves reading, relaxing at the beach, making memories with her six grandchildren, or having new adventures with her husband.

Amy is the team’s Director of Marketing, overseeing all marketing materials, organizing projects, and coordinating event planning. You might find her floating in the pool with a good book, building puzzles, or traveling to new places with her family.
