Chloe Walker

Chloe joined Team Davidow in 2023 as a licensed Realtor. She's a Jacksonville native and graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Political Science. She has worked in both field marketing and residential mortgage sales where her marketing and finance knowledge was developed and her communication skills were utilized daily.

Chloe enjoys the many facets of real estate, from creating engaging and informative content for educating consumers, leaning into her finance background for the benefit of buyers and sellers, and, most importantly, deepening relationships with customers. As a homeowner herself, she is passionate about young adults feeling empowered with the knowledge that leads to investing in real estate to build wealth for their own futures.

Chloe lives in St. Augustine Beach with her husband, Nick, who serves their community as a first responder. They have one daughter, London, and a pup named Ember. They enjoy spending time outside, time with family, and frequenting local restaurants and shops in their neighborhood.

Chloe is a beach lover and is always trying to romanticize the mundane of her daily life. She is steadfast in building a life she loves and is committed to helping others do the same through guiding them through their homeownership journey at every turn.
