Chloe Walker

Chloe Walker is a licensed REALTOR® with Team Davidow, serving Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Fleming Island, and surrounding Northeast Florida communities. A Jacksonville native and Fleming Island High School graduate, Chloe brings deep local market knowledge and a strong connection to the area she calls home. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Political Science from the University of North Florida in 2020, then built her professional foundation in field marketing and residential mortgage sales before transitioning into real estate. 

With a background in mortgage lending, Chloe offers her clients a strategic advantage when navigating home financing, contract negotiation, and the overall home buying and selling process. She specializes in helping first-time homebuyers, young professionals, and growing families feel confident and informed when investing in real estate. Chloe is passionate about real estate education, wealth building through homeownership, and creating a seamless, full-service experience for every client. 

Chloe lives in St. Augustine Beach with her husband, Nick, a dedicated first responder, and their two children, London and Duke. When she’s not working with buyers and sellers, you’ll find her enjoying time outdoors, hosting friends and family, or creating real estate content to educate and empower her community.
