Chloe Walker

Chloe joined Team Davidow in 2023 as a licensed Realtor. She's a Jacksonville native, graduating from Fleming Island High School. In 2019 she married her high school sweetheart, Nick. In 2020, she graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Political Science. Post grad, she worked in both field marketing and residential mortgage sales prior to making the transition to real estate sales. That transition was the best career decision she’s made!

Chloe enjoys many facets of real estate, from consumer education, content creation, and contract negotiation. She is passionate about young adults feeling empowered with practical knowledge about real estate. She hopes that people of all ages and backgrounds feel empowered to invest in real estate and build wealth for their future while working with her.

Chloe lives in St. Augustine Beach with her husband, Nick, who serves their community as a first responder. They have a daughter London, and a son Duke. They enjoy spending time outside and time hosting people they love.

Chloe is steadfast in building a life she loves and is committed to helping others do the same by guiding them through their homeownership journey.
